With a focus on individual strengths, behavioral strategies and self-awareness, students learn techniques to better manage themselves, organize their work and build their self-esteem. They are encouraged to explore their interests with curiosity, meet new experiences with fearlessness, and take on new challenges with confidence.
Both mind and body are nourished by daily mindfulness and wellness practice with a particular focus on inner well-being.
Targeted for students ages 10 +, this unique blend of academic enrichment/remediation, coaching, and mentoring encompasses principles of executive functioning, social emotional learning, public speaking, creative expression, and body mechanics.
The Legacy Center is managed and funded by the Help Us Speak (HUS) Legacy Foundation, a non-profit 501c3 organization.
